On September 20, the 4th "Sea Gathering Talents" Global Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit with the theme of "Gathering in Shanghai, Creating the Future" was held in Shanghai International Convention Center. Since the 4th Haijun Talent Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was launched in December 2023, more than 12,000 talents from all over the world have enthusiastically applied for the competition with their projects.
