01、New: Deploy multiple instances of different versions of TSMaster on the same computer.

New Local Deployment of TSMaster allows users to deploy multiple versions of TSMaster on the same computer, with multiple version compatibility options for use after deployment.

02. Added: TSMaster version selector to control the default project opening behavior.

The TSMaster version selector sets the default architecture x86 or x64 to open the project and selects a different version of the TSMaster instance.
